Un peu, parce qu&rsquo;en fait l&rsquo;univers DC qu&rsquo;on nous montre est pour une bonne partie surgit de l&rsquo;esprit du sc\u00e9nariste ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Et on continue dans la logique que s&rsquo;il y a des \u00e9quivalents de Batman un peu partout \u00e0 travers le monde (le Knight, dans le cas qui nous int\u00e9resse), il y a aussi des homologues du Joker (avec ici une parall\u00e8le assez appuy\u00e9 avec une sc\u00e8ne de Killing Joke si ce n&rsquo;est que celui qui joue le r\u00f4le du serial killer n&rsquo;est pas int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par les jeux de cartes). A partir de l\u00e0 Morrison part en overdrive et lance des concepts \u00e0 la pelle, \u00e9tale des noms de personnages lanc\u00e9s en apparence au hasard mais dont ce serait bien le diable si on ne nous en reparlait pas (\u00e0 l&rsquo;image du Flamingo, mentionn\u00e9 dans Batman #666 avant d&rsquo;appara\u00eetre pour de bon dans l&rsquo;arc pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de Batman &amp; Robin). Morrison ne s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse pas qu&rsquo;\u00e0 ses rejetons mais utilise aussi quelques notions qui pr\u00e9c\u00e9daient (comme le retour surprise du Beefeater!). Bref, le sc\u00e9nariste brasse les personnages et c&rsquo;est un exercice o\u00f9 il excelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Surtout que ce bouillonnement d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;une question en toile de fond : Un h\u00e9ros peut-il vraiment mourir dans le contexte de l&rsquo;univers DC, o\u00f9 les \u00ab\u00a0deux ex machina\u00a0\u00bb sont l\u00e9gion pour ramener qui on veut quand on veut ? Le Batman actuel se lance de plein fouet dans ce d\u00e9bat, en mesurant qui plus est le probl\u00e8me moral d&rsquo;un tel retour (un probl\u00e8me finalement rarement abord\u00e9 comme tel dans les comics). Au dessin, Cameron Stewart ram\u00e8ne la s\u00e9rie \u00e0 un niveau visuel agr\u00e9able (apr\u00e8s que Tan, il faut bien le dire, ait \u00e9t\u00e9 en de\u00e7\u00e0 sur Batman &amp; Robin #7). Globalement le prochain \u00e9pisode risque d&rsquo;apporter son lot d&rsquo;explications et sans doute pas (enfin c&rsquo;est un pronostic vu la s\u00e9rie \u00ab\u00a0Return\u00a0\u00bb annonc\u00e9e pour dans quelques mois qui n&rsquo;aurait pas de sens sinon) la r\u00e9surrection attendue mais on devrait certainement \u00eatre rapidement fix\u00e9 (enfin) sur certains \u00e0-c\u00f4t\u00e9s des retomb\u00e9e de Final Crisis. Le tout \u00e9tant, envelopp\u00e9 dans une visite en r\u00e8gle de l&rsquo;Angleterre de l&rsquo;univers DC, est \u00e0 la fois int\u00e9ressant et frais.
