\"\"[ENGLISH] Zuda Comics tells us:<\/strong> On July 7th, Zudacomics.com will answer readers\u2019 demands and celebrate the one year anniversary or their announcement with the ZUDA COMICS 2008 INVITATIONAL. Each comic, nominated by Zuda\u2019s fans, will feature eight all-new screens for a total of sixteen\u00a0viewable pages \u2013 so if you think you\u2019ve\u00a0read them all before, you\u2019d\u00a0better look again! \u201cOne of the most frequent things we hear from readers through e-mail, at conventions, in the blog and in the message boards is a sincere desire for a comic that didn’t win a competition to continue in some way,\u201d says Ron Perazza, DC Comics Director of Creative Services, \u201cNow we have the answer – the Zuda Comics 2008 Invitational!\u201d<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Invitational was announced on the Zuda panel at this year\u2019s New York Comic Con. Fans were encouraged to log in to Zudacomics.com and submit a list of their ten favorite comics that did not previously win a competition.<\/p>\n

The ZUDA COMICS 2008 INVITATIONAL competitors, selected by Zuda\u2019s users, are:<\/p>\n

Title: Araknid Kid
\nWriter\/Artist: Joshua Alves \u2013 Brewer, ME
\nSummary: Welcome to Obie City, a town where the corrupt and villainous rise to plague the good citizens of the deepest West. All across Hattahtak territory, the oppressed cry out for a savior.
